Thomas D. Tate, M.D.

Dr. Tate received his pre-med education at Purdue University in Lafayette, Indiana, earning a degree in Science Education and Humanities in 1962.  He received his MD degree in 1966 from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana, and completed his residency program at the Methodist Hospital of Indiana. Dr. Tate has been a practicing physician with Medac Health Services since 1995. Dr. Tate enjoys  photography and fishing in his spare time.
