Lisa A. Plazzo, M.D.

Dr. Plazzo received her BS degree from Salem College in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and her Doctor of Medicine  from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, in Charlottesville, Virginia.  Dr. Plazzo completed her residency at the Akron City Hospital in Akron, Ohio, and is board certified in Emergency Medicine. We are pleased to welcome Dr. Plazzo to our facility this year.  She specializes in Immigration Medical Examinations and is a designated Civil Surgeon at our Medac Corporate Health location on Oleander Drive here in Wilmington, North Carolina. Dr. Plazzo's hobbies include art, calligraphy, and running.
