Julia K. Nelson, M.D.

Dr. Nelson received her Doctor of Medicine from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997, and completed her family medicine residency at UNC Hospitals in Family Medicine in 2000, and is Board Certified in Family Medicine.  Patients also benefit from Dr. Nelson's prior experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist.  Previous fulltime Family Practice with Urgent Care prepared her well and she has been a great asset to our team since joining us here at MEDAC in July of 2008.
